TwoHearts™ Dating - Return & Refund Policy

 This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the TwoHearts™ Dating mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By making a purchase within the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Nature of Services

TwoHearts™ offers access to digital services, including premium subscriptions and in-app purchases (such as Spotlight Boosts). All purchases are delivered instantly and are considered fully consumed once activated. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for digital content already delivered or accessed.

2. Subscription Purchases

Subscriptions (Basic or Premium) are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection). All subscription payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s app store account settings. You will retain access until the end of the current period.

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial use, accidental purchases, or unused subscription time. Refunds, if any, must be requested directly through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple or Google), subject to their policies.

3. In-App Purchases (e.g., Spotlight Boosts)

All one-time purchases made within the App are non-refundable once consumed. If the item was not properly delivered or a technical error occurred, you may contact us with evidence and we will review your case.

4. Exceptions

We do not process payments directly. All transactions are handled by Apple or Google based on your platform. Refunds are generally subject to the refund policies of the App Store or Play Store.

However, in limited cases, we may be able to assist with refund requests for purchases made through the Google Play Store, including:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Verified technical failures that prevent delivery

  • Subscription renewals charged after cancellation (if valid and provable)

We cannot issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases. For those, please contact Apple Support directly.

To request assistance with a refund:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction

  • Include a receipt or transaction ID

  • Clearly describe the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund assistance requests at our discretion.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
  • For Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App by navigating to Menu → Manage Subscription → Cancel. This is the most direct method to manage your active subscription. Alternatively, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your respective app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please note that uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

  • For Refund Requests: Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be submitted through their official refund portals. TwoHearts™ does not control or guarantee refunds issued by Apple or Google, as they are the final authority on refunds for platform-based transactions.

  • If Purchased Directly from Us: In rare instances where purchases are made directly through our platform (outside of app stores), you may email contact@twohearts.dating with your request. Please include the transaction ID, date of purchase, a copy of your payment receipt, and a clear explanation of the issue. Requests without valid supporting documents may not be eligible for consideration.
