TwoHearts™ Dating – Media & Content Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Guidelines govern all user-submitted media and profile information, including photos, "About Me" text, and other content. They ensure authenticity, safety, and compliance with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Profile Photos & Gallery

  • Only you: Your photos must show you only. Group images, celebrity pictures, or impersonation are prohibited.

  • Face clearly visible: Your face must be clearly visible in every photo. No hiding behind phones, hair, or objects.

  • Clear and recent: At least one clear, unobstructed, and recent facial photo is required. Blurry, pixelated, or heavily filtered images are not allowed.

  • No explicit or sexual content: Nudity, sexually suggestive poses, or pornography are strictly prohibited.

  • Context-appropriate clothing: Swimwear or underwear photos are permitted only in relevant outdoor settings (e.g., beach, pool). Indoor swimwear photos are not allowed.

  • No prohibited content: No images of children alone, hate symbols, weapons, violence, illegal activity, or copyrighted material without permission.

  • No text or links: Watermarks, promotional text, social media handles, or memes are not permitted in photos.

  • No mirror selfies: Shirtless mirror selfies are not allowed.

3. "About Me" & Profile Information

  • Truthfulness required: All details must be accurate and genuinely about you. No fake names, false backgrounds, or misleading information.

  • No impersonation: You must not claim another identity or post on someone's behalf without legal consent.

  • No promotions: Advertising products, services, or soliciting followers is forbidden.

  • Respectful content: No hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, political or religious extremism.

  • Personal information: Do not publicly share phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or other contact information.

4. Safety & Legal Compliance

  • Minimum age: 18+ only, without exception.

  • Consent & privacy: Do not share another person's private information or images without explicit consent.

  • Lawful use only: No illegal activity, exploitation, or use of the platform for non-genuine dating or matrimonial purposes.

  • CSAM zero tolerance: Any child sexual abuse material will be removed, reported to law enforcement, and result in permanent account termination.

  • Lead with kindness: Any behavior that suggests, intends, or causes harm to another user will be taken seriously.

5. Enforcement

  • We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts without notice for any violation.

  • In serious cases, we may report to law enforcement and retain evidence in line with our Data Retention Policy.

  • We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time.

  • We have a warning system in place, but severe or repeated violations will result in immediate action.

6. Reporting Violations

  • Use the in-app Report button or email support@twohearts.dating.

  • We review reports promptly and take action at our sole discretion.

  • Your report is always treated as confidential.
